The Corniolo organic farm extends on a approximately surface of 5 ha , surrounding the country house used for holidays. The main farm activity is to grow horticoltural plants and to breed some animals: pigs, chichens and rabbits. We rigorously follow the organic and the biodiversity conservation standards.

We breed a famous italian pig, named "Cinta senese", from the city of Siena, for meat production. It's very estimeed for the production of "Lardo di Colonnata". Also this activity is lead with the organic method. Moreover, in the business tradition, we breed also chichens and rabbits.
