The Corniolo organic farm has also another activity: a "Model farm". What is model farm? Is an agricultural farm model that used like educational instrument for the young people, with the purpose to approach them the agricultural world.

The activities comprise:

1. Observation and explanation of the environment
2. discovered of the plants of the garden and their nourishing value
3. contact with the animals in the farm
4. tasting of the products of the garden
5. preparation of the bread, cakies and other food.
